Is this for your website? I really don't know how to download...
orcalover22 - June 2, 2007 12:17 AM (GMT)
 I dont have a saved folder...
catc - June 2, 2007 12:20 AM (GMT)
Go to Start>All Programs>Microsoft Games>Zoo Tycoon 2>Zoo Tycoon 2 Profiles>Default Profile>Saved
Just copy/paste your zoo file into the Saved folder.
If you can't find Microsoft Games through the Start button, try going to run and placing C:\Documents and Settings\*User Name*\Application Data\Microsoft Games\Zoo Tycoon 2\Default Profile\Saved in the bar and search.
Edit the blue to your computer account name.
Edit: Ah, animalover answered your post quicker lol
As for your Saved folder not being there, try creating one and pasting it there. It might be possible that you havn't saved a zoo yet.

Thank You!
I'm sooo happy!
You all rock!! :)
I love you!! ( not seriously, im just joking. you know what i mean though?)
how do you copy and paste thme into that folder. ( im new at this downloading stuff)
catc - June 2, 2007 12:28 AM (GMT)
You right click on the file, on the menu that just popped up click copy. Once you've done that, go to your Saved folder, right click your folder, and on the menu click paste and the file should now be in there =D

Geckoheaven - June 2, 2007 12:31 AM (GMT)
Wow I was just here ten min. ago and now all of these posts! Sorry that was off topic... I still don't get it.

You're welcome! It would be great if you could let us know specifically what you don't get, then maybe we'd be able to help you better. :)
Edit: I'm not so sure how it won't let you right click, that might be a problem with either your computer's settings or just your mouse.
Geckoheaven - June 2, 2007 12:35 AM (GMT)
Ok, Ill be sure to get to you, catc.
orcalover22 - June 2, 2007 12:37 AM (GMT)
Ok,
When I click download file, and a little box comes up and says, save, open or cancel, and where do I right click??
Geckoheaven - June 2, 2007 12:39 AM (GMT)
I don't even know how to get to the file,so don't ask me.
catc - June 2, 2007 12:42 AM (GMT)
You don't right click here, you click save and then choose your destination folder you want to save it at. Once it's there, you must open the zip file using a program such as WinZip and extract the file to another destination folder. Once you're done with this, you can repeat the steps I mentioned above.

I dont have WinZip on my computer. :(

WinZip and WinRar are both special programs that help deal with opening and zipping up zip files and other files. You would need either of these programs to create downloads, unzip downloads, or zip up other files you want to put up on the net. You can get Winzip
here and WinRar
here.
Geckoheaven - June 12, 2007 06:26 AM (GMT)
Ok. Thanks! That answers my question. But does Winzip and Winzar require a certain computer type?

Um. Since this hasn't been LoQed yet, I read this topic yesterday as to where to put the DLs. But, when I looked, I can't find the Default Profile. Do I have to create it or do you create a profile on ZT2 or...What? o.o;
Animalover44 - July 23, 2007 01:37 AM (GMT)
moved to ZT2 support
How far are you getting along the path? Are there any folders missing before that? Also, do you have a vista?
If you haven't created a profile in Zoo Tycoon 2, then there should be a folder titled default profile.
