1. put entrance to elevated path.
2 put viewing area for elevated path
3 put tank wall around elevated path
4 raise tank wall all the way except the one around the entrance
5 put elevated path over the tank wall before the entrance
6 put the missing tank wall part
7put tank wall around the tank entrance and around the whole tank wall
8 add elevated path over the tank

your done!

Basically It's just tank walls with elevated pats on top to make a little room that goes out into the exhibit.

I always build those - they make great underwater viewing windows.
