Description: My zoos!

Jaguar - February 7, 2008 03:25 AM (GMT)
I have been building my next zoo for I think a week now, and it's finally finished, the next zoo is called the....

WAUKESHA ZOO
A zoo built in Waukesha, Wisconsin on a forested 50 acres of land, it also includes a natural lake called Therry's Lake. It houses many species of animals, even though many areas of the zoo were landlocked due to the forest surrounding much of the zoo's paths.

Here are some more pictures of the Waukesha Zoo:

These next two overview pictures are of the "Wild South America" section of the zoo.

The "Wild South America" section was the first section completed by the zoo. It consists of one long path with a dead end, thus forcing you to turn around and making sure you feel the beauty and exoticness of South American wildlife.

Overview #1: (Consists of Baird's tapir, spectacled bears, ring tailed coati, and guanacos.)

Thanks badisbadis101.

Our next overview includes the "European Forest" and our Primate House.

The "European Forest" was the second area of our zoo completed. It has just three exhibits, but each are designed to make the European animals feel at home.

The Primate House was constructed after the South American and European Forest exhibits. Although, it is indoors, the exhibits are naturalistic.

Overview #1: (Consists of European brown bear, wild boar, and red deer and European bison mixed together.

Thank you badisbadis101, Panda King, MarineManiac, and Wild One.

Our next overviews are the "Sumatran Forest" and the Komodo Dragon House.

The "Sumatran Forest" is a naturalistic forest exhibit designed to house needs to the orangutan and the Sumatran rhino. We added many trees in order to shield the Sumatran rhinos sensitive eyes from sunburn.

The Komodo Dragon House as the name indicates, houses Komodo dragons. They are the largest lizards living presently on Earth.

Overview #1: (Consists of Sumatran rhinos and orangutans mixed together.)
