eroguez the Qugga is in extint animals you can download it ,creat it at the extint recerh lab or you can unlock it.

How exactly do you get the Quagga? I've heard that it can be unlocked, but all the descriptions for how to do so haven't worked for me - I may just be doing it wrong, though!

I haveit, can quite remember how to unlock it but click the zoo gate, find rewards and it's somewhere under one of the categories and it willtell you how there. Or you can download a hack like I did to unlock everything :P

It is very easy to get the Quagga. I have it but did not use an "unlock everything" hack nor did I dig up all the fossils and then build it. It's true you have to release one of every extinct animal to get it. So I went into a "freeform" game where you have unlimited money. The biome doesn't matter either. All you do is simply adopt each extinct animal then immediately release it. It only takes a few minutes and then when you get the last one released you get the Quagga! Hope this helps. :D

i unlocked but it only unlocks it in freedom games . i all so unloced it but igot e a i november but i only unlocked in december.
