I may be totally off here, but it sounds like you all have the same problem I had. My computer used to have my ZT2 profile in the start menu folder, but it got moved to Applications and Data when I installed EA. Since that's a hidden file, though, you go to tools, folder options, view and then select "show hidden files and folders" under the heading "Hidden Files and Folders". So then just go to "C:\Documents and Settings\*your user profile here*\Application Data\Microsoft Games\Zoo Tycoon 2\Default Profile". Although... you might have a totally different problem from me. But I hope that's of some help. :(

Mine was in Application Data from the start - I hope this issue isn't widespread because I'm getting EA on Friday.

Yeah... I think that's where it is for most people. My computer just decided to be weird and stick it somewhere else. But I thought that since that had happened to me that it could just be the same thing... if not anyone who can't find their profile anymore could try running a search for files and folders looking for options.xml (of course, you wouldn't just get the ZT2 options file, but it should be possible to pick it out from the list). Just specify in the More Advanced Options section for it to look for hidden files and folders. That's how I found where my profile had moved to
