Title: SeaWorldGurl1's Dreams Come True
Description: dreams do come true afterall...

SeaWorldGurl1 - September 29, 2007 12:11 AM (GMT)
Hello everyone! I am here to share with you my most treasured moments. This past summer, I went to SeaWorld Orlando for five days for Career Camp. I learned many new and exciting things! All of my life long dreams came true, well, except for becoming an orca trainer. :P I would like to tell you about my most memorable experiences and why all of this means so much to me. I do not intend to show you pictures and give you lame descriptions. I want to describe each photo so that you feel as if you were there with me. I want you to feel as if you truly believe nothing is impossible. I hope that my dreams and aspirations will inspire you to chase your life long goals. Never give up. Remember, anything is possible when you believe.

I will be showcasing my most prized and inspiring pictures. I hope you take the time to read each description and really try to imagine yourself next to me.

Oh, and a quick note; the pictures are in no paticular order. Not by the date, how much I like it, where it was taken; but by what I decided to edit and upload first.

Blue Horizons is a show like no other. With the incredible architecture of the stage and the wonderful colors, it is simply amazing. What really makes the show great, though, are the elegant Atlantic bottlenose dolphins and the comical false killer whales. The show hadn't even started, and my eyes were glued on that stage. I was oblivious to the world around me; it seemed as if it was all a dream...

The show started, the familiar soundtrack of Blue Horizons began to play... and my heart was racing. Marina, the main character, dreams of swimming with the dolphins and soaring with the birds. She dives off her window and into a new world. She swims with the dolphins and meets the legendary dolphin spirit of the sea, Delphis. Dolphins are performing spectacular stunts left and right, and I can't help being lost in the moment...

It happened so quickly! A trainer and a false killer whale were performing the stand on! It's one of the most impressive and difficult water work behaviors. What amazes me so much is how the trainer remains balanced. Also, to see another cetacean besides an orca peform this is exhilarating!

Jozu and Cassie, the false killer whales, spyhop with joy! The trainers are as excited as they are, and you can tell by just looking at them. I myself wonder what it's like to establish a strong bond with these wonderful animals.

It's great that you're sharing this with us, and I'm so glad that you showed us the False Killer Whales, instead of only focusing on the Orca and Dolphins like everyone else... Not that they aren't amazing too!

Ah, you're referring to the Sea Lion and Otter stadium where the shows 'Clyde and Seamore Take Pirate Island' and 'Sea Lions Tonight' take place. Since you said it was so funny, I'm assuming you mean the Sea Lions Tonight show. 'Twas hilarious! [a walrus as an orca? lawl. I almost died from laughter.]

Anyways, mid-terms are over and it's the weekend! Expect more pictures coming your way, and soon!
