I doubt emails would have anything to do with it. Sometimes there might be a chance where your browser is failing to load everything in your pm inbox, try refreshing it. Other than that, I'm not at all sure what the problem could be :confused:

Very near your address bar there should be a button with two arrows parallel of each other facing opposite directions, that one.

Oh, I see. I only have IE7. Maybe someone who uses FF would be kind enough to help you out.

HereFF is the opposite on IE. The Refresh icon is to the left of the address bar.

To do a full refresh on either browser you can use ctrl > F5 but if refreshing doesn't work I don't know what the problem is :( sorry! You could try clicking 'Empty PM folders' and see if it still says 98% full, although if you wanted to keep any PM's that might be there thats probably not a good idea lol

It depends what this site is running on, because FireFox does not work very well with HTML, it works best with Flash. That might not be it either too...

My FF works just fine with HTML =/
Course it might be the computer itself that's not doing a full refresh.

mine does works fine with flash lets see try closing the browser and open it again but make sure you log out before closing it.
1. Log out of ZM
2. Close browser
3. Open ZM again and log in.
Tell me if that works
and if it doesnt work try restarting your computer if not...i dont no what to tell you..
wait try this
1. Send me a pm of something random dont worry its only a test and i will send you one back.
2. Go to your sent box and your inbox delete both.
3.Do the same thing....log out of zm close browser open browser log in...etc.
4. If that doesnt work then just try restarting yur comp.
and if that doesnt work idk wat to tell u buddy
