Try googling for GIMP tutorials on the net that could help you get on track of GIMP and most of its features. Check out DeviantArt for a few (place your mouse over the images for a few seconds so the name of the tutorial comes up ;]). If you need more help than that, you can pm me or SeaWorldGirl1 (She knows way more about GIMP than I do but I think she's a bit busy with school right now though *hides from her*) for a bit more info.

I also know how to use GIMP, and I posted a basic tutorial of how to start recolouring with it here

thankx guys but how do you see the tutorial by mousing over the pic??

catc - August 24, 2007 01:22 AM (GMT)
That's just to see the name of the tutorial before viewing it, you can full-view it by clicking on the picture. Some might require you to download the tutorial.

This should be in ZT2 Support, not the Website Advertisements area :) Moved.

I'm glad that you finally understand GIMP nouri, I'll merge this with your last GIMP topic. =) Answering your request, however, you can visit the Start Here section of ZTDC which will give you the first steps toward designing. Zooasaurus has also written a GIMP Tutuorial to help you out with it's features.

Uhm, you CAN use GIMP to make animals! I figure out the problem on my computer, so yeah.

Even though i'm not part of the staff, you shouldn't post this in the fansite section.

Moved & Merged. Nouri, this is the third time you have posted a topic about GIMP in the community area, please try to post in the correct areas, apparently, GIMP help does not go iin the site ads.

You need to install the GTK+Runtime Environment first depending on your windows version. Judging by the error you got, I'm guessing you're going to need the GTK+ 2 Runtime Environment (version 2.10.13, for Windows 2000 and newer), you can find it right under the GIMP installer here. After that's done installing, then you install GIMP.
