Title: Look this!
JPR - August 3, 2007 03:02 PM (GMT)
I saw in zoomania web page and i find this: Ryan Rosier, Blue Fang Games® Inc.: Watch out for the coming ZT3 this December 2009. Because Im a Blue Fang Games employee. I've been checking the net for forums like this and I've expected this. Thanks for your support. And ZT3 is much more better. Realistic graphics, realistic sounds, realisitic weather. You even have to catch the injured animals from the wild for your zoo.
Here are the System Requirements for ZT3:
15 GB Processor
30 GB Free Hard Disk Space
75 GB RAM
Direct X 9.0 or greater
5 GB Video Card
Audio Card
Windows 98, ME, XP, or Vista.
And more! Each animal has more than 155,000 things to do! And there are 300 animals to choose from, including the Bengal Tiger, Lion, Anaconda, Reticulated Phyton, Sea Wasp Jellyfish and the Sumatran Rhino. We are still developing it. In ZT2, the final expansion pack will be Future Frenzy (after Extinct Animals) featuring hypothetical animals based from the National Geographic Channel series, The Future is Wild.
Please support us.

Hmmm, I dont know about this one. It could be someone that is pretending to work at BF, because you just never know with the internet. And 75 GB of RAM? Thats quite a bit! And expensive too!
On the other hand, if this is true, its great! Sounds awesome!

30 GB of free harddrive space!?!
My current computer on hold 28 GB.

I don't believe it, not for a second.
This... no. Just not possible. Unless you've got like 20 cards hooked up or something. 75 GB of RAM is way too much. Spore only needs 1 Gig. To be 75GB of RAM, the graphics would have to be so insanely high that each animal would look perfectly real. Which brings me to my second point.

Again... for this game to be running on a 98 Windows, your 98 would have to run better than a fully worked over Vista. I don't see how this game could ever run on a 98. Maybe a XP Pro or a Vista. But not on a ME (which cannot run games well; proven fact) or a 98. My 98 was glitching when I tried to run ZT1 CC maxed out with a massive zoo.
If this game is coming out; I don't believe that those are the specs... no way, no how. I hate to crush any hopes. But this is not the game.

I don't believe this either, I agree with SWG, sometimes people try to give false news on the internet just for fun, one example is Wikipedia where a lot of these things happen. This really sounded un-BF like to me, they have said before that they try to make the games possible to run on most computers...those requirements are just impossible.
orangemonkey22 - August 3, 2007 09:12 PM (GMT)
ya, this sounds pretty unlikely. Or, at least it hope it is......
AniSkyOkami - August 3, 2007 09:29 PM (GMT)
This is VERY unlikely to happen, I mean really, how would they find out the site and why would they make ZT3 if there are already ALOT of expansion packs for ZT2, meaning alot of animals...
...Then again, this could be true. That would be sweet having weather in the game. Its boring just keeping it sunny all the time...
...And if it was true, I could get it becuase my computer has 40 GB of free space.
Shazza - August 3, 2007 11:18 PM (GMT)
I actually DO hope that they come out with a ZT3, since RCT came out with RCT3, but, this, dude, this I don't believe.
I mean..You'd have to run a freakin SPACE STATION or science lab. Those comps have ALOT of GBs to hold all the information the put on it.
Budgielover101 - August 3, 2007 11:50 PM (GMT)
I don't believe this at all either, the system requirements are almost all impossible or near impossible for anyone to have, they wouldn't be able to release the game if it needed 75GB of RAM lol. And like catc said it sounds very un-BF like, it was most likely someone making it up.
King Hoopla - August 4, 2007 12:01 AM (GMT)
Methinks we can safely assume that this isn't true. Unrealistic requirements, the language doesn't match any press releases, and I doubt they'll have a future XP. Besides, Discovery made TFIW, not Nat. Geo.
Delta - August 4, 2007 12:36 AM (GMT)
And seriously... when was the last time BF actually TOLD us about something in a game? This is basically them telling us what to expect... not giving us little insanely annoying teasers for about a year.
Kiger - August 4, 2007 01:03 AM (GMT)
It cannot be true, you would need a very very very expensive computer built just for gaming to even play, and 300 animals!! I know we all like diversity but that's WAY too many..it would be hard to make a zoo with such. Plus I seriously doubt BlueFang would base a expansion off of a tv series...there are copyright laws involved...>.<
AniSkyOkami - August 4, 2007 02:58 AM (GMT)
Yea, your gonna want to aviod those... 5 GB WORTH OF VIDEO CARD SPACE?!?!? MY DAD'S COMPUTER DOES NOT EVEN HAVE THAT MUCH GIGS!!!!! OMG this is just one of those freakin teaser ads. Its just like how Super Smash Bros. Meele was susspected of having sonic as a playable character and it was just an April fool's joke! Do you know how many people they made upset? Watch him come back saying: HAHAHAHA YOU FELL FOR IT!!!!

Actually it wouldn't be that hard to make zoo with so many animals =/
